Mr Gautam Chaterjee is a retired officer of the Indian Administrative service of the Maharashtra cadre. In his illustrious career spanning over 33 years, Mr. Chatterjee has held several important assignments both in the Government of Maharashtra and Government of India, notable among them being collector of Ratanagiri, Additional Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Commerce, CEO of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority, OSD of Dharavi Redevelopment Project, Principal Secretary of Maharashtra Housing Department, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Director General of Shipping in the Ministry of Shipping and Additional Chief Secretary, Transport and Ports Department of Government of Maharashtra.
Mr. Sunil Phatarphekar

Mr. Sunil Phatarphekar is the proprietor of SNP Legal (Advocates) and have over 30 years of experience as a practicing advocate. He started his career in 1987 with Crawford Bayley & Company, Advocates and Solicitors, a preeminent law firm. Thereafter, he was admitted as a partner in Mahimtura & Company, to enhance their corporate practice. Subsequent to that, he co-founded Shah Desai Doijode & Phatarphekar, Advocates. Mr. Phatarphekar also practices in the corporate field with specialization in commercial contracts and new technologies. Mr. Phatarphekar also serves as a Non-Executive director on the Board of various companies.
Dr. Vinod Juneja

Dr. Vinod Juneja, holds the degree of Bachelor of Law and PhD. Dr. Juneja has rich and varied experience of more than 3 decades in the Banking Industry with special expertise in International Banking, Foreign Exchange Syndication and Marketing and has worked with various domestic and international banks in senior positions. In recognition of his services, Dr. Juneja was conferred with various awards which inter alia include Udyog Ratna Award, Bharat Gaurav Award, Gold Star Award, International Gold Star Award, Achievers Excellence Award. He is also an active member of various business organisations and also on the Board of reputed companies.
Ms. Priyadeep Chopra

Ms. Priyadeep Chopra is President at Edelweiss, responsible for Human Resources, Investor and Public relations. She carries a rich and diverse experience spanning across two and a half decades centered around leadership development, culture building and communication. Her current role of Investor and Public relations includes providing strategic direction to broaden and enhance investor relationship, advising the leadership on how best Edelweiss can provide value to our investors, leading internal communications, outward PR strategies that cultivate organizations relationships with media. As HR leader, she provides strategic advice towards Leadership development, Strategic talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, culture, employee experience, well-being, and inclusion programs. Ms. Chopra also provides strategic senior HR advisory on people strategy & transformation, leadership, engagement, organization design to businesses of Edelweiss – Credit, Asset Management, Asset Reconstruction, Insurance and Wealth Management. Ms. Chopra was co-founder of Breakthology Consulting Pvt Ltd. and was a senior partner at Manford Consulting where she led CXO level assignments. She was also an advisor to Edelweiss for group level strategic HR interventions. Ms. Priya holds Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Master’s Degree in Microbiology from Delhi University.
Mr. Ankit Aditya

Mr Ankit Aditya is the head of the Edelweiss Global Markets, its group treasury. He has been associated with the group for 18 years and has shouldered multiple responsibilities within the organisation. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from IIM Calcutta, and is an alumnus of the General Management Program of Harvard Business School.
Mr. Rajat Avasthi
Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Avasthi is the Managing Director & CEO of Nido Home Finance, with a career spanning over 25 years in various industries. With an MBA from University Business School, Chandigarh, and B.Sc from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Mr. Avasthi brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership to Nido Home Finance. He was part of Asian Paints for 18 years where he held pivotal roles in sales, corporate marketing, and strategy. Notably, he played a key part in devising a market entry strategy for the company's successful expansion into Indonesia. Prior to joining the Edelweiss Group in 2017, Mr. Avasthi held a leadership role at Vodafone as the Business Head for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
